promotion advantage that is already afforded to the established national restaurant franchises and chains.

Mac Enterprise Ventures ICP seeks out novel and fresh product s and/or restaurant concepts that have a unique

edge and an exciting brand able theme. Once becoming a Mac partner, we lead an aggressive expansion program by

investigating the variety of retail options that can be applied and then mass communicating these opportunities to our

network. Success in the consumer marketplace must be refined and expanded. Each region has the determined

target number of locations necessary to reach critical market mass. Once achieved the company is able to market the

product and/or brand in our broad-based integral market media vehicles such as nationally recognized local shopping

center and malls, National County Fairs, newspaper and television not normally afforded to smaller chains. This

"explore, refine and expand strategy" forms the cornerstone of each marketing plan we develop in order to

successfully compete for market share the top retail organizations. The Mac strategy is clearly focused on

growth.
